We are currently hiring for multiple Business Analyst positions across key domains within the banking and financial services industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of large-scale transformation initiatives across payments, lending, trade finance, and insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional partners to gather and define requirements
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and functional specifications
- Support end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to testing and post-implementation support
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution design sessions
- Perform impact analysis, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions aligned with business objectives
- Support UAT, defect tracking, and resolution processes
- Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of SDLC and end-to-end project lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
Domain Experience (Any of the below)
We are open to candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:
Payments
- SWIFT, ISO 20022, cross-border payments, transaction banking
- Payment processing, clearing, and settlement flows
Credit / Loan Origination
- Loan or credit origination systems (LOS)
- End-to-end lending lifecycle (application, approval, disbursement, repayment)
- Credit risk, scoring, or early warning signals
Trade Finance / Workflow
- Trade finance products (e.g. Letters of Credit, Guarantees)
- Workflow systems, operations processes, or back-office transformation
Life Insurance
- Policy administration, claims, underwriting, or distribution systems
- Experience working with insurance core systems or digital transformation initiatives
