Key Responsibilities

. Design, develop, maintain, and enhance data products and digital solutions

. Engage business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective data solutions (BAU/SLA support)

. Drive process re-engineering initiatives to improve data usage, quality, and efficiency

. Perform usability testing and manage stakeholder feedback throughout the delivery lifecycle

. Produce and maintain high-quality technical and user documentation

. Ensure adherence to best practices for data quality, governance, and operational excellence

. Manage multiple priorities while meeting project timelines and service commitments

Requirements

. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:

o Data product development and maintenance

o Solutioning and digital product development

o Process re-engineering initiatives

. Strong engineering experience with:

o SQL and relational databases/data warehouses (e.g. Postgres, Oracle, Snowflake)

o Python, Pandas, DBT, and/or PySpark

. Proven ability to work closely with business users and cross-functional teams

. Experience in usability testing and stakeholder management

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Self-driven, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and technologies

. Strong team player with a high sense of ownership and purpose
