Business Analyst (Avaloq)

. Hands on experience with Avaloq as a Business Analyst (parameterization/configuration, release processes, and functional design).

. 7-10 years of BA experience in wealth/private banking or core banking platforms, including cross border rollouts and complex integrations.

. Proven track record delivering in Agile / Waterfall environments (scrum, backlog management, story writing, acceptance criteria)

. Strong UAT leadership, defect triage, and data validation skills familiarity with automated regression testing practices is a plus.

. Working knowledge of banking processes and controls (payments, securities, lending/deposits, corporate actions, fees).

. Excellent stakeholder management across business, operations, risk, and technology crisp documentation and communication skills.
