Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

Location: Singapore

Experience: 2-4 years

KeyResponsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Work closely with data teams to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Qlik and SAS.
Support data-driven decision-making by providing insights and recommendations.
Assist in preparing business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flows.
Conduct testing and validation of reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Provide ongoing support for business users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and suggesting enhancements.

RequiredSkills

Hands-on experience with Qlik (QlikView/Qlik Sense) and SAS for data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

PreferredQualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
Exposure to banking/financial services domain will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages is desirable.
