About the Role
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with crossfunctional stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into actionable insights, and support the delivery of datadriven solutions that improve operational efficiency and strategic decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to support business planning, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support process improvement initiatives by mapping workflows, identifying gaps, and recommending enhancements.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
