Business Analyst, Asset Management Platform (Market Leader)

We are currently partnering with a Multi billion Dollar AUM premier asset management / investment Management organization who operating in many key Asian markets alongside Global offices in North America and Europe.
This is a phenomenal career opportunity to step into a high-visibility role bridging business and technology, directly shaping business-critical data platforms, analytics solutions, and reporting tools that drive strategic decisions across a multi-market footprint.

You will have the opportunity to:
partner closely with key business stakeholders, data architects, and data engineers to translate business requirements into sophisticated data, reporting, and analytics solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will elicit business needs, document specifications, and recommend practical technology approaches, including dashboard design and visualization using Power BI. You will drive process improvements across operational workflows and data platforms, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, and ensure solution alignment with data governance standards. Additionally, you will provide Level 3 business support for production data marts and reporting applications, performing root cause analysis to maintain operational resilience across the enterprise.

You will bring your experience of:
at least 5 years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Data Analyst, with strong core domain expertise in Asset Management, covering investment management, portfolio reporting, performance, risk, compliance, fund management, or distribution. You possess robust SQL capabilities to query complex datasets, along with a strong grasp of Databricks, modern data architecture, and Power BI visualization. With sharp analytical problem-solving skills, you excel at producing BRDs, functional specs, and process flows. A collaborative communicator, you have a proven track record of managing senior stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional workshops, and driving change delivery. Familiarity with platforms like Aladdin, FactSet, ESG reporting, or data governance frameworks will be highly regarded.
