Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support Core Banking and Payment Systems initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, technology teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, support testing activities, and ensure successful project delivery.

Role : Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose solutions.
• Prepare and maintain business and functional specification documents.
• Act as a liaison between business users, operations teams, and technology teams.
• Support system implementation, enhancements, and change initiatives.
• Define and execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain test scenarios and test cases.
• Track, manage, and support defect resolution.
• Coordinate testing activities with business users and project teams.
• Participate in project meetings, planning, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, financial services, payment systems, or core banking environments.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and functional testing.
• Knowledge of payment systems, SWIFT, ISO 20022, SEPA, or related payment standards.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, ALM, or Quality Center (QC).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with payment hubs, clearing and settlement systems.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Elasticsearch, Kibana, or Cucumber.
• Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Experience in Corporate Banking, Cash Management, Payments, Trade Finance, or Treasury operations.
