Job Requirements
- Degree holder
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in workflow automation, case management, operational transformation, or related areas.
- Hands-on experience with OpenText workflow, case management, or similar platforms (e.g., Appian, Pega, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform).
- Experience in AML/KYC/Financial Crime Compliance
- Exposure to regulatory or operational processes within banking (e.g., onboarding, compliance, servicing, risk).
- Strong understanding of workflow modelling, process design, system integrations, and rules configuration.
- Proven track record delivering technology-enabled process improvements in financial services.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting and project delivery environment.
Job Responsibilities
- You will bring extensive experience of automating manual processes, diagnosing existing inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions based on specific needs.
- Ability to translate high-level requirements into detailed documentation within the organizations context.
- Ability to evaluate and analyse existing business processes and uncover areas for improvement
- Ensure that user stories have sufficient details so that developers can estimate and work with them.
