Main Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate to Salesforce solutions
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering
• Document business processes and support user acceptance testing

Qualifications and Profile

• Mandatory: Salesforce experience in any of Salesforce clouds: Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Relevant Salesforce certifications
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform and configuration
• Strong analytical, technical, and project management skills
