- Translate business requirements into test scenarios, conditions and expected results for user acceptance testing.
- Accountable for the execution of user acceptance testing and results are updated with proper documentation.
- Tracks the outstanding defects and works with Information Technology and the QA team in resolving the tickets promptly and within the agreed timeline.
- Organise, prepare, and lead checkpoint discussions on defects with Information Technology and the QA team,
- Develop, review, and ensure that the updated training materials are relevant. Train the stakeholders.
- Prepare a post deployment checklist and Perform post deployment verification of the system when the project is implemented.
- Continue to update the and update the business requirement.
- Manage and monitor the delivery including post launch / defects / new requirements to ensure prompt delivery and implementation of products with quality.
- Track and ensure all post launch requirements are completed.
