Job Description

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
Understanding of user pain-points, providing solutions to them.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of product backlogs.
Analyze and document business processes and workflows.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in Agile methodologies and business analysis.

Requirements

Min 7 -8 years experience required, IT related tertiary education.
Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA & Confluence.
Certification as a Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent is a must.
Having business analysis work experience with SG Public Sector is a plus.
Having business analysis work experience with large scale digital transformation projects is a plus.
