Business Analyst (12 months contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and document relationships between GRC entities (Risks, Controls, Regulations, Activities)
• Define business rules and cardinality for data relationships
• Create entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs) and data flow diagrams
• Translate high-level business requirements (BRDs) into detailed functional specifications
• Define data validation rules and business logic
• Document metadata and maintain the data dictionary, business glossary, and data lineage
• Conduct workshops with SMEs and validate data models with business users
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
• Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria for development
• Support data profiling, quality checks, and analysis with SQL and visualization tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Business Analysis experience in data-intensive projects
• Strong understanding of GRC concepts: risk management, compliance frameworks
• Solid knowledge of data modeling and data governance principles
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• 3-5 years of data analysis experience with strong SQL skills
• Experience with data quality tools and frameworks
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow, GRC tools, and agile methodologies
