Your new role
- Work closely with project managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and technology teams-often in a virtual environment-to deliver high-quality business requirements and process workflows.
- Facilitate workshops and working group discussions with GMO teams across regions, as well as internal and external stakeholders (including Exchanges, Business, and Technology teams).
- Analyze business and system requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process workflows.
- Support project managers in managing workstreams, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and governance frameworks.
What you'll need to succeed
- University degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Technology, or related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within Financial Services or Operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in Global Markets Operations or Investment Banking.
- Knowledge of structured business analysis methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Familiarity with Agile project delivery frameworks.
