Business Analyst (12-month Contract)

About the Company:

Our client is a Singapore-based Insurance organisation.

Role: Business Analyst (12-month Contract)

Remuneration: Upto SGD 6,000 per month

Location: Singapore

Overview:

Seeking a Business Analyst to support Distribution Middle Office projects, including Distribution Management System (DMS) implementation and digital touchpoints for Sales Advisors and Partners. The role involves requirements gathering, system integration, testing, and stakeholder coordination across Policy Administration Systems and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements; obtain stakeholder sign-off.

Facilitate requirement workshops, gap analysis, and solution discussions with business users and vendors.

Support end-to-end integration between DMS, Policy Administration Systems, and digital platforms.

Prepare test cases, manage functional testing, and coordinate UAT.

Work with development and test automation teams to resolve defects before production release.

Provide project updates and manage ad hoc change requests.

Requirements

35 years Business Analyst experience in insurance.

Experience in Distribution, Compensation, Sales Performance, or Digital solutions preferred.

Strong knowledge of data mapping, system integration, and database structures.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Degree in IT/Information Systems or related field.

LOMA or BA/Test certification is an advantage.
