Job Description
Sales Analysis:
Leverage tools/spreadsheets to monitor & analyze sales data to identify trends, anomalies and insights
Develop forecasts for new product launches, leveraging historical data through checking spreadsheets and dashboards against various data sources (e.g., databases, raw data files, external systems) to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Proactively engage cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Product, Marketing, Operations) to drive alignment and execution.
Data Management:
Implement meticulous quality control procedures to maintain the highest standards of data integrity.
Document and communicate validation findings clearly to relevant stakeholders including anticipating information gaps and initiating conversations to resolve blockers early.
Utilize Google Sheets and SQL to manage and analyze sales data.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
Process Management:
Collaborate closely with sales operations to optimize sales processes.
Recommend and implement process enhancements for better accuracy and productivity.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying data inconsistencies.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to interpret and analyze data effectively to generate meaningful insights.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Slides), including advanced formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
Knowledge in SQL is critical

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
