We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on improving processes and driving business success.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain business analysis documentation including requirements specifications and process maps.
- Conduct market research to inform business strategies.
- Support project management activities, including planning and execution.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
