We are partnering with a reputable manufacturing company and are looking for a Business Analysis Associate to join their team.
This role is a Fully Remote Permanent Position which requires individual to work only during the US hours (9pm work till 6am)
Role Overview
The Business Analysis Associate will deliver high-quality business finance and costs to serve analysis to support sales and business leaders, primarily for US operations. This role focuses on driving data-backed insights across products, sales channels, operating costs to support profitability, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Support analysis of business performance across product categories, brands, and channels, assisting with profitability analysis and tracking business performance.
Prepare standard reports and dashboards to monitor sales results, pipelines, and customer profitability.
Prepare cost to serve analysis, provide visibility of operating costs, identifying the risks and opportunities for cost improvements.
Support the preparation of budgets and rolling sales forecasts, including tracking actuals VS plan.
Assist in analysing the financial impact of new product launches, pricing changes, and promotional activities.
Manage customer contracts and sales incentive tracking in coordination with Business Directors and Legal teams.
Monitor operating facilities contract, ensuring billing accuracy and service performance.
Use BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and Excel to maintain data accuracy and improve visibility into business performance.
Any adhoc duties as deemed appropriate for Business Analysis Associate.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in business finance analysis, operating costs analysis, management finance reporting, financial modelling.
Strong analytical skills, familiar in interpreting large volume database and problem-solving capabilities with a solid financial acumen
Ability to clearly communicate data-driven and financial insights to business stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ability to support US sales teams and work US business hours
Proactive attitude, curious, and focused on continuous improvement
Excellent MS Excel skills, with willingness to learn financial modelling and BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
