Bus Driver

Key Responsibilities:

. Operate company buses to transport passengers, employees, or students safely along assigned routes and schedules.

. Ensure strict compliance with traffic regulations, road safety standards, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.

. Perform daily pretrip vehicle checks, monitoring fuel levels, tire condition, and vehicle cleanliness to ensure roadworthiness.

. Maintain accurate trip logs, passenger headcounts, and daily mileage records.

. Manage route timings efficiently while ensuring passenger safety and comfort during transit.

. Promptly report any vehicle mechanical issues, traffic accidents, or route delays to the Operations Manager.

. Assist passengers with luggage handling or boarding assistance when operational needs arise.

Qualifications & Requirements:

. Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 / Class 4A Driving License

. Familiar with Singapore roads, expressways, and traffic routes.

. Good driving record with a strong focus on safety, punctuality, and customer service.

. Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism when interacting with passengers.

. Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible shift schedules (including early morning/split shifts or weekends) based on operational needs.
