Bus Driver

Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate a bus and transport passengers to their designated locations following established routes and schedules.
2. Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers throughout the journey, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
3. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable travel experience.
4. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with passengers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
5. Keep the bus clean and well-maintained, reporting any mechanical issues or defects to the appropriate personnel.
6. Familiarize yourself with routes and schedules, utilizing tools such as Google maps and other navigation systems to ensure efficient and timely transportation.
7. Adhere to all company regulations and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and passenger confidentiality.
8. Demonstrate excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability, consistently meeting assigned schedules.
9. Exhibit patience and responsibility, particularly when dealing with challenging situations or difficult passengers.
10. Maintain accurate records, such as daily trip logs, mileage, and passenger counts.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Class 4 Driving license and vocational license.
2. Proficient in English and Mandarin, with strong verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to read maps, including proficiency in using navigation tools like Google maps.
4. Demonstrated good attendance, punctuality, commitment, and reliability.
5. Patient, responsible, and capable of maintaining composure in stressful situations.
6. Immediate availability or ability to start within short notice is preferred.
