Job Summary
You will report directly to the Operations Supervisor and complete assigned trips while following company schedules and instructions. You will ensure all workers and road user safety, provide courteous service, maintain bus cleanliness, and support office tasks during off-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Follow all lawful instructions from the Operations Supervisor and company management to complete assigned jobs effectively
- Adhere to work and maintenance schedules to ensure timely and safe bus operations
- Apply safe driving skills to protect passengers, pedestrians, and other road users at all times
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the bus to ensure a comfortable environment for passengers
- Serve as a standby driver when required, ready to operate buses as needed
- Assist with office tasks during off-peak hours to support operational efficiency
- Perform additional duties assigned by the company to contribute to overall team success
- Able to work during weekends and holidays
- Should possess a clean driving record
- Strong time management skill
