Bunker Operations (Trainee Program)

Our Client:

• 2 year program (convert to permanent)
• Starting at $2,500 per month, Allowance, VB (upn completion at $4,500 per month)
• Tai Seng
• Marine Industry

• Responsibilities:

Phase 1: Training Period (First 6 Months)

• On-the-job training under experienced Bunker Cargo Officers and Cargo Superintendent
• External training and certification (SS 648:2024 & SS 600:2014)
• Work schedule: Typically 3 days onboard / 3 days off, depending on vessel schedule

Phase 2: Junior Bunker Cargo Officer (Month 7-24)

• Promotion upon successful completion of training and certification
• Perform duties independently with minimal supervision

Phase 3: Bunker Cargo Officer (After 2 Years)

• Conversion to full-fledged Bunker Cargo Officer upon completion of program

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Maritime studies, Marine, Nautical, etc
• 2-year bond required
