We are seeking passionate and dedicated tutors to teach Business, Management, Accounting, and related subjects at the foundation and diploma levels in Singapore private universities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality classroom and online teaching, assessments, and tutorials to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Identify core concepts, summarize key formulas, technical vocabulary, and problem-solving steps; develop teaching resources such as study notes, mind maps, and revision guides to support exam preparation.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of curricula and teaching materials; maintain and expand the resource library.
- Prepare lesson plans, set mock exam papers, grade assignments, and provide detailed teaching reports.
- Guide and supervise students in and outside the classroom, maintain discipline, and provide timely academic support and Q&A.
- Conduct effective online and offline classes with strong interactive teaching and engagement skills.
Subject Areas (candidates should be able to teach at least three):
- Management & Organization: Introduction to Management, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Organisations in a Global Context, Culture and Organisations, International Relations.
- Accounting & Finance: Principles of Accounting & Business, Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Cost & Management Accounting, Auditing and Assurance, Business Finance, Managing Business Finance.
- Economics & Mathematics: Foundation Mathematics, Business Statistics, Business Mathematics, Elements of Economics, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics.
- Marketing & Communication: Communication Studies, Business Communication, Marketing Fundamentals, English for Business.
Requirements:
- Open to fresh graduates; relevant industry or teaching experience will be an advantage.
- Strong Chinese communication skills, with the ability to teach primarily in Mandarin and explain concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong lesson preparation and summarization skills; capable of systematically organizing exam points, formulas, vocabulary, and problem-solving strategies.
- Skilled in both online and offline teaching, with proven ability to foster interaction and engagement.
- Classroom management ability to keep students focused and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Patient, responsible, and committed; able to build supportive teacherstudent relationships and provide after-class guidance.
- Team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic teaching environment.
