Building Trade Supervisor

. Coordinate and liaise with the Main Contractor, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.

. Interpret and review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accurate implementation of works.

. Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) in accordance with approved structural drawings and project requirements.

. Supervise, train, and guide construction workers to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and work procedures.

. Conduct quality control inspections and monitor workmanship to ensure construction works meet required quality and regulatory standards.

. Operate and utilize construction leveling instruments and surveying equipment for setting out, level checks, and site measurements.

. Monitor construction progress and resolve site issues to maintain project schedules and productivity.
