About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and energetic team player to join our Operations team in Singapore, overseeing day-to-day operations of our mall. This role will report to the Operations Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on, routine inspections and monitoring of building services and facilities to ensure optimal performance and compliance with standards
- Attend promptly to system breakdowns, tenant feedback, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, service providers, and relevant statutory authorities as required
- Supervise, inspect, and verify works carried out by contractors to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to specifications
- Perform daily mall opening and closing procedures in accordance with established operational protocols
- Provide operational support for mall events, including setup of stage, audio, and related equipment
- Maintain proper documentation and records of maintenance works, incidents, and service reports
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in building repair and maintenance, plumbing, aircon servicing, and M&E systems
- Possess basic computer literacy skills
- Minimum Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Able to cope and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
