Building Technician

About the Role

• Perform first-line troubleshooting and rectification works to General Building, ACMV, Fire and Electrical equipment and Systems.
• Coordinate and assist in the building daily operations.
• Carry out daily inspections at common area M&E equipment and up-keep of the building's common area.
• Provide front-line response to site management's feedback and complaints with regards to M&E matters.
• Coordinate and carry out checks on 3rd party contractor's works in common areas and report to MA.
• Maintain proper stock control for all mechanical/electrical equipment and parts.
• Respond and attend to emergency calls, after office hours and for reinforcement of manpower during major breakdown of plant and equipment.
• Supervise and ensure service contractors conduct servicing properly and in accordance to the service contract requirements.

Requirements

• Must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Able to converse, read and write in basic English.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Required Skill(s): Electrical, Building Maintenance, ACMV.
• Experience in building maintenance is a plus
