• Engage in hands-on activities to conduct regular inspections and monitoring of various building services and facilities.
• Address breakdowns, respond to complaints/feedback, and attend to tenant service calls regarding building services and facilities.

Requirements:

• Nitec and above.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
