Building Technician

Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a Building Technician to support the daily operations, maintenance, and repair of building services to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable facilities operations. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance with statutory and safety requirements.

Roles & Responsibility

. The technician must be able to replace lights that is faulty

. Able to replace taps and tap hose that are damage.

. Able to clear toilet choke and simple plumbing works.

. Other handyman job - like replacing and repair locks and simple doors repair.

. To check that the bird net installed to keep out the pigeons are in good condition and to replace broken bird netting.

. To work closely with building Manager to ensure the smooth running of Tagore 8 estate.

Requirements

. At least 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry preferably Buildings.

. Working Hours: 9 Am to 5.30 Pm Mondays to Friday and Saturday 9 am to 12.30 pm. Alternate Saturday off. No work on Sunday and Public Holiday

. Good communication skills and team player

. Weekly 5.5days work
