Building Technician

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM (Alternate Saturdays off)
Sundays and Public Holidays: Off

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical works such as replacing faulty lights.

• Carry out plumbing tasks including tap replacement, hose repair, and clearing toilet chokes.

• Conduct general handyman duties: lock repair, door fixes, and minor carpentry.

• Inspect and maintain bird netting to prevent pigeon intrusion.

• Collaborate closely with the Building Manager to ensure efficient estate operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building maintenance, electrical, and plumbing works.

• Ability to perform a variety of hands-on repair and maintenance tasks.

• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
