- Supervise appointed contractors to ensure compliance with work specifications and standards.
- Undertake other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in building maintenance, M&E systems, or plumbing.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and compliance.
