Building Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all building services, including maintenance, repairs, and operations
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with guidelines and safety procedures
• Lead a team of technical officers and technicians to ensure effective and safe operations
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance works
• Troubleshoot and provide sustainable and cost-effective solutions
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and the project team to resolve technical issues
• Monitor work progress, prepare reports, and manage quotations and enquiries

Job Requirements:

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Building Services or Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field
