BUILDING SUPERVISOR

Job Description

The Building Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily construction activities at the project site and ensuring that building works are carried out according to approved plans, safety standards, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and project managers to maintain smooth site operations and ensure quality construction work.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily building and construction activities at the project site.

• Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and site safety procedures.

• Inspect work progress and maintain quality control of construction works.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors for smooth site operations.

• Manage construction materials, tools, and equipment at the site.

• Prepare daily site reports and update management on project progress.

• Identify and report any construction issues or delays.

Requirements

• Diploma or technical qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in building or construction supervision.

• Good knowledge of construction processes, safety procedures, and site management.

• Ability to supervise workers and coordinate with different teams at the site.
