Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, caulking, priming, patching)
- Apply paints, varnishes, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Follow blueprints, work orders, and design specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of painting tools and equipment
- Deliver high-quality finishes and meet deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience as a painter (2+ years preferred)
- Familiarity with painting tools, materials, and techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to handle equipment and climb ladders
- Good communication and time-management skills
