Planning and supervision of the Comprehensive Management Program
Formulate maintenance procedure and policies and facility emergency plans
Promote good relations with the stakeholders, such as the Authority staff, Landlord(s) etc.
Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and ensure their maintenance works/service deliverables are completed on time and as per contract requirements and agreed KPIs.
Submit proposal and project management services for Addition & Alteration (A&A) works Improvements and/or Upgrading works or Repair and Replacement works to the building, M&E Systems and facilities as and when required by the Authority.
Manage projects and improvement works
Advise the Authority on the compliance with all Fire Safety requirements and address any related queries.
Prepare and justify for variation of works if any and to verify and certify all works completion.

Requirements:
Degree in Building/Facilities/Estate Management/M&E Engineering from a recognized university with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Building/Facilities Management or with at least 10 years relevant working experience as Property Manager if without the required paper qualifications.
