- Lead and guide a facilities team in overseeing day-to-day building operations and outsourced services such as maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintenance standards, ensuring works meet contractual and operational requirements.
- Conduct inspections, recommend improvements, and ensure timely rectification of building or system issues.
- Manage budgets, procurement processes, and vendor selection for maintenance and capital projects.
- Drive sustainability efforts, regulatory compliance, and tenant relations to maintain operational excellence and safety standards.
skills and experience required
- Min. 5 years of experience in handling commercial buildings, and managing tenants.
- Prior experience in leading a team.
