Responsible for the overall functionality and upkeep of the property, ensuring seamless operations, regulatory compliance, and quality service delivery across all building and facility areas.
- Lead a small team overseeing the daily running of facility services and outsourced vendors, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
- Review contractors work quality and performance to ensure maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks are completed on time and meet expected standards.
- Carry out routine site walkthroughs to identify building issues, propose enhancement works, and ensure adherence to environmental and safety guidelines.
- Manage operational budgets, track expenditures, and prepare reports related to maintenance activities and capital projects.
- Foster strong working relationships with occupants, contractors, and government agencies to support smooth building operations and high tenant satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM)
- Degree in Building / Facilities Management or equivalent discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience handling commercial properties.
- Strong people management and coordination abilities.
