As a Building Manager (Grade A Commercial), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee the building operations and facilities, including a team of building executives and outsources services.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the building is in good condition.
- Prepare budget planning for the building, management reports, contracts review, vendor performance evaluation and monitoring the general building repairs and defect works.
- Prepare and administer quotations and tenders for maintenance, services and supplies.
- Manage, supervise and check on the quality of work delivered by staff and vendors.
- Participate in the building's Green Mark upgrading standards and requirements, and update the building's policies and compliance regularly.
- Conduct regular inspections of the fire protection facilities and systems and ensure that the systems are satisfactory and serviceable.
- Conduct required mandatory fire evacuation drills and table-top exercises in compliance with SCDF's regulations.
- Attend to correspondences and tenants on matters relating to the building and liaise with all relevant authorities on the Building.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Possess a recognized degree in Building Management, or equivalent
- Fire Safety Manager Certification would be an advantage
