Building Management System (BMS) System Engineer

Job Description

. Review project requirements, recommend appropriate technical approaches, and manage the execution of BMS works.

. Design and deploy Building Management Systems (BMS) for industrial, commercial, and residential buildings.

. Perform troubleshooting and debugging of control systems to ensure proper system performance and integration.

. Design and implement BMS graphical interfaces and dashboards that allow operators to monitor building systems in real time.

. Develop and program control logic to improve building operation efficiency and optimize energy usage.

. Set up and integrate communication between sensors, controllers, actuators, and other field devices.

. Implement and support BMS systems used for large-scale building monitoring and control.

. Integrate BMS platforms with third-party BMS systems to enable centralized operation.

. Ensure all graphics are clear, user-friendly, and provide complete control and monitoring functionality.

. Provide technical support during system installation, testing, commissioning, and after completion.

. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including system designs, control logic, drawings, and commissioning records.

. Ensure all technical documents remain accurate and updated for future reference.

. Assist in training end users on the operation and maintenance of the BMS system.

. Coordinate with engineers, designers, and relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

. Diploma in Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or Building Facilities Management.

. Knowledge of HVAC systems, SCADA software, or Building Management Systems is an advantage.

. Practical experience working with DDC and PLC systems.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

. Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure to meet project deadlines.

. Positive attitude with a responsible and professional working approach.

. Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant BMS working experience are welcome to apply.
