Manage, operate, configure, modify and perform troubleshooting on the BMS system.
The scope of works shall include preliminary energy audits, energy performance management of existing facility equipment & system and analysis the feasibility for the works, which shall encompass.
Obtain historical energy consumption & cost data.
Analyse historical energy data to establish energy usage/wastage.
Examine the efficiency of the component and major operating equipment/system.
Review the specification and as-built drawings of the mechanical and engineering (M&E) installations to understand the building characteristics.
Interview facility personnel and selected building occupants to determine the base load requirements.
Submit a report at the end of each year on all the audit observations, provide recommended solutions, and cost estimates of implementing such solutions.
