Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Carry out daily maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works within the building.
Maintain building facilities such as electrical systems, air-conditioning, lighting, plumbing and fire protection systems.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is working properly.
Attend to building defects, breakdowns and maintenance requests.
Coordinate with external contractors for servicing and repair works.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Monitor maintenance tools, spare parts and consumables.
Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

NTC/NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance.
Hands-on experience in basic electrical troubleshooting and repair works.
Able to read and understand electrical drawings.
Knowledge of air-conditioning, plumbing and building systems will be an advantage.
Able to work independently and handle maintenance issues.
