Job Summary

The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting hotel facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for guests and employees. This role performs preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Requirements

Education

NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 1-3 years of building maintenance experience, preferably in hotels, commercial buildings, or hospitality facilities.
Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance is preferred.
