Building Maintenance Technician

The Role:

. Responsible for performing troubleshooting and maintenance for all facility-related equipment such as HVAC, Fire Protection system, plumbing, lighting, generator, etc.

. Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment

. Liaise and coordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment

. Attend to emergency breakdown and feedback

. Report on irregularities

. Update maintenance record and file service provider service sheet

. Maintain stock list and log of maintenance parts and consumable items etc.

. Ensure maintenance across the company's property portfolio

. Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

. Minimum NTC in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent

. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Building Maintenance

. Experience in performing simple jobs and perform basic electrical hands-on works

. Able to interpret electrical diagrams

. Able to work independently and with a good working attitude
