Job Description

  • conduct regular inspections of building systems, including HVAC, electrical & plumbing.
  • perform preventive maintenance checklist, building equipment & infrastuture.
  • co-ordinate with contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
  • respond promptly to maintenance request/emergencies/complaints.
  • compute staffs overtime.
  • schedule technicians roaster.
  • prepare M&E meeting minutes.
  • attend Ad Hoc request works after office hours.
