- Prepare and produce drawings and as-built drawings including BIM models in accordance with project requirements.
- . Develop and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle until as-built stage.
- . Perform system design and basic engineering calculations for assigned projects.
- . Prepare and develop shop drawings according to project schedule and coordination requirements.
- . Responsible for document control and management of drawings and submission documents.
- . Maintain proper records of design changes ensure documentation are updated accordingly.
- . Draft, amend and update drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software based on project requirements.
- . Convert conceptual and design information into accurate and detailed construction drawings.
- . Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments, consultants, contractors and external parties on design and model changes.
- . Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), standards and workflow requirements.
- . Carry out proper drafting procedures for various project stages, including authority submissions.
- . Perform quality control checks on drawings and BIM models to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance before submission.
- . Incorporate feedback and comments from engineers, architects, consultants and clients into drawings and models.
- . Attend coordination meetings when required.
Job Requirement:
- . Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
- . Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the related field.
- . Proficient in BIM software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and other relevant drafting tools.
- . Formal training and certification in BIM, AutoCAD or equivalent modelling software will be an advantage.
- . Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work effectively.
- . Able to multitask and perform in a fast-paced working environment.
- . Possess strong analytical skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- . Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- . Willing to attend to urgent project requirements beyond normal office hours when necessary.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
- 5-day work week.
