BUILDING GENERAL FOREMAN

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and supervise activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans

and specifications.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth

workflow.

Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working

environment.

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and

implementing solutions.

Train, mentor, and supervise site staff and laborers.

Maintain accurate records of materials, manpower, and equipment usage.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Foreman or similar role.

Strong knowledge of processes, tools, and equipment.

Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
