As a Fleet Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee daily operations of an autonomous hull-cleaning fleet.
- Coordinate scheduling and deployment of robotic systems across multiple ports.
- Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to improve fleet performance and operational processes.
- Develop operational strategies to enhance efficiency, minimize downtime, and improve service delivery.
- Track fleet performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor operations staff to promote accountability and innovation.
- Liaise with shipping companies, port authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics,Engineering, or related field with min. 5 years of experience in fleet operations, maritimelogistics, or related industry..
