Building Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Building Maintenance Worker will look into and handle all M&E-related problems. He must always be on standby during his assigned working hours, as and when the Management calls for.

He has to assist the Pest Control and Land Maintenance Vendors and also oversee, monitor, inspect,

and supervise the Lift and Fire System and Aircon System Contractors on the Project Contracts

requirements.
