Building Electrician

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in buildings
• Perform wiring, lighting, power points, and electrical fittings works
• Troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults and breakdowns
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Ensure all works comply with Singapore electrical codes and safety regulations
• Coordinate with Manager, Engineers, and other on-site personnel
• Maintain proper housekeeping and work safety standards

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as a building electrician
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices
• Normal colour vision (able to distinguish electrical wire colors)
• Physically fit and able to work on-site
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
