BUILDING CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Supervise daily construction activities at site and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to meet project schedules and quality standards.

Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with WSH regulations.

Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.

Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently.

Report site progress, issues, and delays to the Project Engineer / Manager.

Ensure proper housekeeping and site cleanliness at all times.

Assist in resolving site technical and operational issues.

Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, and other regulatory requirements.
