Job Description

  • Must be proficient in Wet Trades and/or Dry Trades
  • Proven experience as Construction Supervisor/ Foreman
  • Report project progress to Manager
  • Develop a work schedule for workers
  • Supervise all site workers
  • Be the liaison between construction worker and manager
  • Ensure that a project is adequately staffed
  • Assign task to workers
  • Ensure that the proiect is staying on or within budget
  • Hardworking
  • Follow all the instruction given by Manager or Employer
  • In depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and Safety guidelines
  • Aptitude in math
  • Good physical condition and stamia
