Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities
Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures
Inspect work quality and ensure it meets required standards
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project team
Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment usage
Prepare site reports and maintain proper documentation
Resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site to maintain project progress and quality
Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
Enforce safety regulations, method statements, and company procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Conduct site inspections to assess progress and identify issues, reporting findings to the Project Manager
Check workmanship quality to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
Resolve site problems promptly by identifying causes and implementing effective solutions
Prepare daily site reports, attendance records, and basic documentation to support project tracking
Support safety officers in maintaining workplace safety standards and compliance
